1. Subscription & Billing

By signing up for a paid subscription, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee associated with the plan you select (monthly or annual).

You authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file at the rate and frequency of the plan selected at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

2. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the scheduled renewal date.

By subscribing, you expressly authorize recurring charges to your card on file for the applicable monthly or annual fee until you cancel.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal will result in the subscription being charged for the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Forgetting to cancel before renewal

• Not using the subscription

• Dissatisfaction with content

• Partial billing periods

• Accidental purchase

• Financial hardship

• Charge disputes

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not reverse or refund prior charges.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By subscribing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

Because all purchases are final and non-refundable, chargebacks made in violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of access

• Permanent ban from future subscriptions

• Submission of these Terms as evidence in the dispute process

5. No Medical Advice

All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in this Publication constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your own qualified healthcare professional regarding medical decisions.

No physician-patient relationship is created through subscription or communication via this platform.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Modification of Terms
