This may not rise to the top right now, but I wonder if it is on your radar. The overarching question is when are the transition ages for different types of biological/immunity maturity. The level down from that, is when does it become appropriate to start considering the various supplements and peptides that are becoming popular in the health/wellness/longevity world that adults are considering. Examples; creatine, protein, fish oil, bpc-157 for sport injuries, etc. A large field between supplements and peptides, but still nested under the higher level consideration of how do we understand how our kids insides are maturing vs their outer appearance and age.

The Supplements That Actually Work for Kids

Signs Your Child Has a Hidden Nutrient Deficiency

I find that I really know nothing of nutrition and want to remedy that. These articles would help me in the process of looking into what I'm feeding my child! I'm learning more and more (from you and elsewhere) how much diet really does affect us.

Hello, I am desperately looking for a neurologist to give some medical advice for a family in Gaza. I have been helping this specific family for three years and their four year old daughter has been suffering from seizures. They are in a desperate situation and I don’t know any neurologist myself so I am in desperate need of help for them. Please reach out if you or someone you know is willing to help!

Pesticides and how they impact children. Even if we keep them out of our yards and homes, our kids are constantly exposed - school playgrounds, public parks, neighbors' yards, mosquito and tree spraying, etc. When I ask our school district to not spray school grounds, their reply is that is that the pesticides they use are fine because they are EPA registered (which of course does not ensure safety). Also, why does the AAP not warn parents about the dangers of pesticides?

Hello Dr. Gator, thanks for the important information you provide here! (and also for being our son's pediatrician :-))

I have enjoyed reading your posts on screen time in the past, and would love to hear you're perspectives on screen time for children under 2.

My TEDx Talk just released on this topic, which provides insights from a 20 year career inside the system shaping children's media: www.cmrrl.org/about#tedx

Thanks again for all the work you do to help families!!
